The
search feature is very nice and very simple.
Search by last name of the couple or individual having
the baby, and also by first name. The example of
the babies 'r us registry finder is to the left. (Click
to visit the actual 'Baby Registry Search' function on
babiesrus.com). This will allow you to
find any registry in the system.
You
can also search by City, State, and filter by
first name. The other nice 'modern' feature:
the ability to search on email. We like this
feature: more and more you'll find people being
identified by their email address, so kudos to Amazon
for adding this feature.
You
can also search by registry number? I'm not sure
who actually uses this feature, but it is there! One issue we ran into: We
were notified by a local Babies"R"Us store that purchases
online don't always hit the reports inside the local
Babies R US stores reporting systems.
Thus, someone might buy one item online, but someone may
still view a report in the store showing the item is not
purchased. The delay seemed to be a day or two.
Don't know if this is still the case in 2005, but we'll
monitor.

What we Liked:
Very heavy duty.
Compatible with the new
Graco infant car
seat system which is obviously key if you've gone with
this generation of Graco. Excellent storage basket
space and they smartly included both cupholders for the
baby AND the mother! They improved the sun visor
to cover the entire stroller (as opposed to just some of
it). Again a great improvement. Folds
easily, much easier than in previous versions and it
does recline all the way. Nice job Graco.

What we'd
Change:
Tough to
criticize this one, but the only drawback for a new
mother is the weight of the stroller. It's heavy,
and tough to get in and out of the car especially for
the ladies!
